This programme is for you if

Step1 = starts with a Comprehensive Health Consultation
This takes 75 minutes, involves an online questionnaire, in-clinic health screening, blood pressure check, + urinary dysbiosis & pH tests. I may want to do an ABO Blood Typing & a Fasting Glucose. You'll receive a 4-6 page report with dietary and lifestyle recommendations best suited to your needs.

We'll include a timeline that schedules your essential follow-ups. These can be by phone, email or in person.Follow up appopintments usually take about 30 minutes. We can assess your current protocol and make any necessary changes.

Step2 = is a Hemaview Live Blood Screening
This takes 45 minutes. You get to see your blood live on screen - together we'll discuss what's indicated by the images. You get a 4-page report with photos + recommendations.

Seeing is believing. Hemaview lets you take a real part in managing and understanding your health. Through viewing your living blood we may be able to develop a more effective health strategy just for you.

Step3 = the finished product - your own Vitality for Life Plan
This is where it all comes together. At your next follow up session we'll chat about how you're getting on so far, look at the challenges and goals from your first appointment, and put it all together in the form of your Vitality for Life Plan, which includes:

- report on findings (summarises your key focus areas)
- a recommended timeline for appointments
- approximate costs
- Lifestyle and Nutritional recommendations
- sample daily menu plan
- suggested recipes
- recommendations for successful Detox / Wellness / Fighting Fatigue

Vitality for Life - what's involved?
Well for starters you need to make an appointment!

- Complete an online questionnaire
to assess your general health and identify any key areas that may be impacting on your wellbeing
(you'll need a code and some details from me first)

  Hemaview Live Blood Screening
is part of any Vitality for Life plan. From a single drop of blood we can assess for poor nutrition
, inflammation, oxidative stress and immune system health

-  Lifestyle Assessment to assess your diet & nutritional needs, stress levels, work/life balance, personal goals & priorities, and any other relevant information that will help me to develop your Vitality for Life Plan

-  Detox is an often overused term however if you think of this as more of a "cleanse" then it's a lot easier. Depending on how overloaded your system is your cleanse can be anything from 3 - 12 weeks in duration. Off-the-shelf detox products are not always the most beneficial & can often have severe side effects that are detrimental to your health and in fact set you back. Beware of releasing toxic substances into your blood as you may experience headaches, nasuea, fatigue etc - all of which are NOT acaceptable

-  Supplements can be helpful to bring your body back into balance. Together we'll determine where you need the most help & add in key vitamins/minerals, herbs, and foods

Acid-Alkaline Balance
This is all about the pH of your body. We all need to be slightly alkaline however life today seems to think otherwise - our lifestyles and our diet tend to be heavy on the acid forming side of the scale.
There are many different ways of addressing this imbalance but the first & easiest thing to do is to change your eating habits. I suggest you get a Hemaview Live Blood Screening is done before you start.
Once you've made a few changes we can re-assess your results & see what a difference you've made to your body.
