This is your starting point for better Health & Wellbeing.  You may prefer one of our Specialised Programmes, however this consult will certainly get you started!

An in depth health assessment using health screening questionnaires, in-clinic consult, tests & referrals as necessary. 

The Comprehensive Health Consult is 3 in-clinic sessions, starting with our "fact finding" appointment and finishing with your treatment plan.  This enables us to best use the time in clinic and also to provide you with the most cost effective options.

Your first appointment takes about 45-60 minutes to complete. We''ll then schedule your next appointment when we'll do any tests needed. Appointment number 3 is when we present you with your treatment plan (based on the information you have provided). This will enable you to make new or better life choices leading to improved health.

You receive a 4+ page report on findings with recommendations for diet & lifestyle, and where to from here.

Single Health Consult

Maybe you just need some help with a specific health challenge?

This one may be ideal  - we'll do the in depth health screening questionnaire and an in clinic or skype consult.  This appointment takes about 45 minutes.

We'll use this information to assess your priorities, make some essential nutritional & lifestyle recommendations, and you'll receive a 4 page Wellness Plan.

Health & Vitality Consult

For those who want a not so in depth look at their health we offer a 45-minute Health Screening.

This may be ideal for Workplace Screening or for those of you who just need a "refresher" if we haven't seen you in clinic for a while.

Using our brief health screening questionnaire to assess your priorities we make some essential nutritional & lifestyle recommendations in a 2-3 page report.
