Phase 1 = start with a Comprehensive Health Consultation

With any of our Health and Wellbeing options we start with a fact finding appointment.  This takes about 45-60 minutes. You'll complete an online questionnaire, in-clinic screening, and a blood pressure check.

Usually we'll look at some relaxation options such as massage, then you'll pop back in for your second session where we'll do any necessary tests based on the information gathered at appointment one, along with a short Hemaview screening to have a look at any obvious areas.  With all this information we'll put together your treatment plan - a 4 page Health Plan with dietary and lifestyle recommendations best suited to your needs, which you receive at appointment number three!

Phase 2 = this is all about YOU

This phase is all about helping you stay on track.  In our experience we see the best results if we see you in clinic once a month, for 3-6 months.  We can simply book you in for a regular follow up in clinic, or schedule some bodywork sessions.

In clinic follow ups are $50 per session.
Once a month is ideal - you can take advantage of our 5+1 pre pay option ($250).

We recommend a regular Relaxation Massage so you get some time out. You may be recommended some essential oils or relaxation techniques to use at home. At your regular appointment we can chat about how you're getting on. Once a month is ideal - you can take advantage of our 5+1 pre pay option ($350).

Phase 3 = follow up with Hemaview Live Blood Screening

We recommend this once you're starting to feel better.  This is useful to help you with the "where to from here?" question. This takes about 45minutes. You get to see your blood live on screen and together we'll discuss what's indicated by the images. You get a 4-page report with photos + recommendations. 

Cost (if booked as part of the Stress Management Programme) $95, further follow up screenings $80 per screening.
