Te Whare Tapa Whā
Time to focus on bringing it all together. Te Whare Tapa Whā is a concept that applies across all ethnicities and describes health & well-being as a wharenui/meeting house. You may already be familiar with this, you may not. Either way it fits right in with how I practice.
I want you to go on a QUEST! It's easy and fun.
