THE WEEKEND: Rāhoroi / Rātapu

Rāhoroi / Rātapu = mutunga wiki
(Saturday) / (Sunday) = weekend

The weekend is all about finding balance. Bringing everything together. Understanding how we can support our own mental health, and perhaps support others.

Te Whare Tapa Whā
Time to focus on bringing it all together. Te Whare Tapa Whā is a concept that applies across all ethnicities and describes health & well-being as a wharenui/meeting house. You may already be familiar with this, you may not. Either way it fits right in with how I practice.

I want you to go on a QUEST! It's easy and fun.

FEEDBACK TIME

All good things come to an end.

This however can be done  over & over - you may even evolve your own set of activities and do it all over again!
