Well for starters you get my full attention (for the duration of your plan) as you navigate your new Health & Wellbeing. Regular appointments are an essential part of your naturopathic care. Together we can monitor your progress, identify any imbalances, observe any dietary changes or challenges, update nutrition plans and recommendations, and implement strategies to help you achieve optimal wellness.

The benefits of a follow-up plan include tailored solutions, preventative options, accountability, unlimited access to resources, and coaching to keep you on track. The most commonly reported benefit from my clients is a reduction in their symptoms, along with improved health, better quality sleep, and improved energy levels.

This plan ensures you are accountable for your own Health Decisions. Follow-ups allow me to structure your ongoing Health & Wellness plan based on regular & timely discussions around symptoms, improvements, challenges & anything else!  I'm here to guide, support, coach, cajole, advise & reward - for the duration of your plan.

If something curly crops up, you know that we're meeting regularly & can discuss any hiccups & hurdles as they occur.

The Classic Client Care plan is just 12 weeks (3 months). I recommend this for all my Health and Wellness clients. It's enough time to not only see significant changes and improvements but also to establish new habits.
