I created this signature blend of essential oils way back at the start of my new career (over 20 years ago!) when I was first studying massage & naturopathy.
Coming from a corporate job in a very toxic environment, I found using essential oils for everyday applications to be a game-changer.
This blend is Basil, Peppermint & Rosemary. It's great for when your brain is a bit busy & you really need to focus on the task at hand.
